Can I get pregnant with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)?

Having IBD doesn\’t limit you from becoming pregnant. In fact, with preparation in conjunction with your care team, you can have a healthy pregnancy and baby. However, if you have active IBD, you may experience decreased fertility.
