How do I cope with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)?

You are not alone. Some things that may help you cope include: confiding and leaning on loved ones; participating in activities that bring you pleasure and joy; and finding other people with IBD to connect with. Mental health professionals are also excellent resources to discuss coping and adjusting to life with IBD. You shouldn\’t hesitate to ask for support. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health.
