What foods can make Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) worse?

While there are no known foods that are proven to make IBD worse, studies have shown that eating a diet high in ultra-processed foods, saturated fat, trans fat, maltodextrin, carrageenan, and artificial sweeteners can increase the risk of flaring.
