Will Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) hold me back from completing advanced degrees?

Not at all. If your IBD is in remission, you should be able to do most of– if not all of– the things you would like to do. In addition, most degree programs should be able to accommodate any IBD-related needs. You may need to extend the timeframe for getting a degree if you have significant flares while enrolled.
